Why is it that every time we do a retune on our free view box, to see if we can receive more channels, we have problems with the reception breaking up? We live in the Bensham area?
When you send your free view box through the tuning mode it will be picking up the digital signals from the Fenham transmitter which is lower down the tuning band. Therefore when it arrives at the correct transmissions the box disregards them. The box will be now using the wrong signals hence they break up. You may have to ask a specialist aerial installer with a frequency filter to do your retunes.
